Hi to all,

I am using an HP dv7 notebook Under Windows 8 Pro. I also use (an outdated by I like it) Palm TX handheld which I can synchronize with Outlook data (although somewhat hectic) via a USB cable connection.

But this is cumbersome, and I'd like to synchronize via Bluetooth communication. I could successfully define my Palm as a Bluetooth device (shows up in the peripherals), but the Palm does not detect my PC, although it detects an iMac in the building...

I suspect that some Bluetooth setting telling that my PC may be detected is not activated, but I can find nothing in the help files concerning this issue.

Could anybody help me ? thanks in advance.

Hi to all,

Finally, I found the solution, simple as Columbus' egg !

Simply display the Bluetooth icon in the tray, which will allow you to access parameters, one of which is precisely to allow detection of the PC by Bluetooth peripherals.

Hope it will be useful to somebody - Claude
