Solved How to get wordpad to show & print address of the document?

Specs: Windows 8.1, 3.2gh, 8gb
Using WordPad, how can I get the document address to:
1) show on the page?
2) to print with the page?

As per #2. Using &f in the header will automatically put in the file name.

With WordPad, which is quite primitive, the only way to put in the full path is to type it there yourself. The header can be used for the file part of this if required but the path cannot be automated.

Either of the above will print fine.

What do you mean with "Document address"??
Is this an internet URL?

If you want to print footers and headers, use a more advanced word processor.

Do you by any chance mean the file name or file path? If so WordPad is a basic program and very limited. You can however put &f in the header box so that it puts the file name at the top, which will also print. This sort of thing any in reverse:
