"I already purchased new Lenovo laptop G580 Model 20150"

I realize that, but you did NOT purchase a laptop with a touchscreen. You can't enable something that you don't have! If you want to use a touchscreen, you need to buy a laptop that has one such as the Lenovo IdeaPad Touch <<< notice the word "Touch"??

Not all Windows 8 laptops have touch-screen functions, it depends on the screen that's fitted at the factory. We haven't a clue if you don't post the exact model name and number of your laptop. Posting a few speciifications is no help at all.

In fact very few laptops have touchscreens and if your laptop doesn't respond when you touch it then you have bought one that simply is not a touchscreen. There is no way to 'enable' it, you'll just have to get used to using the keyboard shortcuts, touchpad gestures and other work-arounds. Welcome to the legacy of Steve Ballmer.

Sure, buy a new laptop that has one such as the Lenovo IdeaPad Touch.

From what I can make of it that model does not have a touch screen fitted, so it has no way of sensing when you tap it. The circuitry inside the laptop is unlikely to be suitable either. I know it is not what you want to hear but if the previous advice is correct - if you want touch screen facilities you need a laptop with that feature provided. It is not something that you can just enable somewhere.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

I would use the analogy that you buy a car with a manual gearbox and then ask how you can change it to an automatic. Yes it can be done, in theory, but (a) it would be uneconomic and (b) you should have ordered an automatic in the first place.
