Press the Windows Logo key+X (or right-click or press and hold the bottom left corner) and choose Command Prompt (Admin) or Powershell (Admin) equivalent command. Now type these commands, which are in capitals for clarity only:

NET STOP SPOOLER and press Enter
DEL %SYSTEMROOT%\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\PRINTERS\*.* and press Enter
NET START SPOOLER and press Enter
EXIT and press Enter

✔ Best Answer
If you open 'Devices and Printers' - either from Control Panel, or search for 'Printers' (from the Charms menu or press Winkey & S), right-click your printer and select 'see what's printing'.

The easiest way is to click the up arrow near the clock (bottom right corner) and you will see it listed there. When you do that, you can also customise it so it shows up on the task bar on the task bar near the clock.
