The first place to start is going into Windows Explorer (press the Windows key + E keys on your keyboard to bring up Windows Explorer). Your flash drive will most likely show up as drive E. Drive C will be your hard drive, drive D will be your CD/DVD drive and E should be your flash drive. From there you need to determine what sort of data is on the flash drive and where it should go. You will probably have your Internet favorites, Word/Excel documents, pictures, ect. saved to the drive. These will all go in different folders, so post back what is on the drive and we can help point you in the right direction.

Unless that technician was nice and put some kind of auto-unzipping software on there so it would automatically transfer it. That's doubtful though.

Hopefully all the items are still in their respective folders (Documents, Pictures etc.), so you can just mass-click and drag them to the folders on the new computer. (My Documents to Documents, My pictures to Pictures, etc.).
