how can I reboot or recover gateway ne56r41u it won't bootup

Specs: windows, Intel 8960 processor
I was downloading windows 10 and something happened not quite sure but when I shut it down it would not boot back up currupt files of some kind

Why did you shut it down? Did you do it in the middle of the Win10 upgrade? Were you running it on battery power at the time rather than using the AC adapter? You could try doing a complete reinstall (clean install) of Win10 using a disc or flash drive. Did you backup all your important files before the upgrade? The ISO file for the clean install is available at the following site. Scroll down to "using the media creation tool":
