How can I move my screen to the left

Specs: Windows 7
I can't see the right side of the screen I'm not able to scroll up or down I need the screen moved to the left so I can see the full image

If this is a monitor can you move the picture using its OSD (on screen display)?

Also try using the video adapter defaults in window's display properties.

How does it look in safe mode?

You may want to upgrade the video drivers.

Post back the monitor model number or laptop model, if that's what you've got.

oh deeeerrr... blame it on my iPad2... Having upgraded it to iOS8x - from iOS 7x - ti really doesn't behave proper likey wit it orta..
