I solved the svp at raymonds.

Problem now is laptop only boots straight into bios?
HDD passord says frozen.
I can set/reset svp password and HDD pass says clear but still does not boot into windows?
F10 sets HDD back to frozen.

"Problem now is laptop only boots straight into bios?"
Yep, I was hoping one of those links covered your situation.

Have you tried default in the bios?

Try another keyboard.

In the bios, as I have no idea what your comp/bios is, look for settings similar to these.

1: Disable Secure Boot Control.
2: Enable "Launch CSM" and "Launch PXE OpROM.

Another to try.

Press F12 during boot.

disabling secure boot did nothing.

F4 got me to a recovery option which then lead to a "bootmgfw.efi" corrupt file.
starting recovery option now.......
