Solved Firefox Secure Connection Failed

Specs: Windows 8.1 Ent, Core 2 Duo / 3 GB
When I open www.google.com, it shows error Secure Connection Failed
Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP
Firefox 68.0.1
Windows 8.1 Ent
I have reinstalled Firefox. it works for one day. but after that it doesn't.
Kindly help.

You also should make sure you have the latest version of Firefox. I'm running Quantum 69.0b12 (64-bit)

Firefox 68.0.1 is the same version I have and no issues like that.
Try clearing your history, then look into add-ons and see if there is something there that should not be there. Disable or remove anything you do not use or need.
Run Malwarebytes Free version to make sure that you do not have malware.
If these fail, reset Firefox:

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

@riider, dear it was the latest for 32 bit version. I have checked TLS & SSL settings, there was no issue.
@Fingers, I have completely uninstalled Firefox and then installed again. it resolved the issue.
