Hey Everyone,
Just got a new computer with Windows 8.1. I have two monitors (one is actually a TV) so I set it up to dual screen. It works fine for most things, but normally there is a bar at the bottom of the screen that shows running applications, the start button, and the date/time. This appears for the main screen but not for the secondary screen. When I set the computer up to do dual screen, I selected the max resolution (1366 x 768) and windows said Warning: Your resolution is lower than 1536 x 1080. Some items might not fit on your screen. Is this why I can't see the bar, or is it something else?

You will not get the task bar on both screens regardless of the resolution. You can click and drag the task bar to the other screen if you wish. The system treats the second screen as an extension to the main screen and to get the task bar on both screens Windows would have two separate task bars to manage,

You can configure the dual screens to duplicate each other and then you will get the task bar on both screens but that rather defeats the idea of having two screen to begin with if they are both showing the same thing.
