What exactly does 'won't turn on' mean? Does it power up but you get nothing on the screen or is it completely dead or something else?

Here's some info on disabling sticky keys:

but I don't know if it'll do any good if it's not booting into windows. You may have another problem that coincidentally started at the same time you enabled sticky keys.

Hey Dave in caps
Thanks for the quick response. When I say won't turn on I mean to say "a blank black screen"

When you never ever see anything at all on the screen it is almost always hardware related. I doubt it was anything to do with "sticky keys" - just a coincidence. This has been known to reset things:

Turn off computer, remove power cord, remove main battery if it's a laptop. Before re-assembling hold the Power Off/On button down for at least 20 seconds to discharge the motherboard components. It's a long shot but easy to try.

If not let us know if it is completely dead, any lights, sounds etc?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
