You didn't supply any useful info. What type of cable are you using to connect to the TV - HDMI or VGA? Have you changed the input setting on the TV to either VGA or the proper HDMI (1, 2, or 3)? Have you enabled the external display in the laptop display settings?

✔ Best Answer
If your Samsung TV is DLNA featured then activate DLNA on your Windows 7, 8 or 10.
Play videos on your PC to Samsung TV.

If you want the TV to mirror your laptop screen, connect with HDMI cable both devices and select on your laptop.
