Computer wont boot up after failed Win 8 installation?

Specs: Windows 7, 2.8GHz IntelĀ® Celeron/4g ram
Hello all,
So I tried to install the Windows 8 evaluation preview from Windows 7 Home Premium on my desktop, after letting it install over night there was no progress in the morning (was on the same screen). So I went to restart the computer and now it will not boot up? It gets to the dell logo then it restarts, and continues this process over and over. I tried hitting F8 to get into safe mode but the menu does not come up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well sounds like a failed install, you will need to reinstall Windows again. Just a note when you do install Windows this time try to perform a full format on the drive before you install. i find that sometimes if you perform a 'quick' format SOMETIMES Windows fails to install.

your windows 8 installation failed because there are couple of pre-requisites that we have to follow before we go ahead and upgrade from win-7 to win-8. For example we have to update the Bios and Video drivers and then we can proceed witn windows 8 installation. Moreover windows 8 does not have an advanced boot menu that you can access using F8, it can only be accessed from within the operating system.

so now you will have to go back to win 7..follow pre-requisites and the install windows8..OR go for a clean installation as the previous person suggested.
