changing windows 8 font setting Problem

Specs: windows 8, 2.793 GHz / 4 gig
Im having trouble following this guide - https://www.isunshare.com/windows-8...

when I get to - unselect Hide fonts based on language settings and click OK

I then select the font I want - which is - Aerial rounded Bold - I click Preview - But then I see "Install" is greyed out - how do I get it to Install the - Aerial rounded Bold ???
or is this another thing that's Not available on Home Edition ???

Is that Arial Rounded MT Bold ?

I suspect that "Install" is greyed out because it is already installed.

It may depend on the application.

In Word I can only select Arial (bold, italic)
In CorelDraw I can select all variants of Arial installed

Perhaps you can find something similar to the font you want to use:

That seems odd. I don't have Word on this computer
anymore, but in Wordpad, not only can I use any font,
the name of each font in the list displays in that font.
