Duplicating the function of an OEM installed recovery partition is not practical. And it isn't an an optimum solution anyway. You would be far better off maintaining image backups to an external drive.

"boot themself when i enter an any keyboard key"
Use System restore.

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for but there's also the factory restore which is usually done from a separate partition on the hard drive. Or, depending on what you have, there's often a utility from the laptop manufacturer or within windows to create recovery disks.

Most OEM systems, laptop or desktop, come with a way to return it to the state it was in the day it was purchased. It goes by different names - Recovery, Restore, Reset are the most common. The Recovery files are usually placed in a hidden partition & can be activated by pressing a particular key (or keys) at startup. There should also be a way to create a Recovery Disk Set. If you had posted the make/model of your laptop, one of us could have pointed you to the correct method for your system. I don't know why you would want to create your own method of doing what has already been provided by the manufacturer?

Personally, I create the Recovery Disk Set & then delete the factory Recovery partition & reclaim it for data storage.
