"nowhere to install dvd in my laptop."

Then it must be a "netbook", not a laptop. Netbooks do not have an optical drive because there is no room for one. All laptops have an optical drive.

In that case, the only way to install any Norton product is to purchase it and download it online direct from Symantec: http://uk.norton.com/?inid=uk_overl...

I can't understand why you bought the CD version of Norton 360 when your netbook does not have an optical drive. If you haven't opened the box or the CD-sleeve, and you still have the Curry's receipt, Curry's might take it back and give you a refund.

Many new ultrabooks (the thin but powerful laptops) don't have optical drives either because most software is available as download these days. If you check the packaging that came with Norton there will be a website address where you can download it from - this is standard whether you buy the disk version or just the activation card version - same as Microsoft Office these days.

When you first activated Norton you should have set up a Norton account with an email address and password. If you have these then you can re-download the software and also gain access to the activation key if you don't have it any longer.
