I get the message(install net frameworkv4.0.30319) when I install Avanquest Fix it Utilities 12 Pro .I have net framework 4 on my pc.
I don't know why you'd want to install that crapware in the 1st place.
You should be able to get the latest net framework online if you want it. Most fixit programs can do as much damage as good.
