Solved Won't boot up cut goes to set up mode need help

Specs: Aspire 7739z-4605
Replaced screen every since then it won't boot up says their isn't any boot able devices found tried to hook to another computer but to no avail

You've either accidentally disturbed a cable which goes to the hard drive, the hard drive is not seated properly, or the hard drive has failed. You can test the hard drive with a bootable CD containing the drive manufacturer's diagnostic software. The links are here:

Agreed, 'Replaced screen' indicates that this is probably a laptop which means that you had to disassemble much of the computer. In this case, I would first try unplugging and replugging the hard drive at both ends of the cable and seeing if that fixes it. If the laptop screen was replaced because the machine was dropped, the hard drive may be dead and need replacing or the cable might have been damaged if it was removed incorrectly.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
