WinPE won't boot in dual boot with Windows 7

Specs: Windows 7
Hello.
First sorry in advance for my bad
English.
Here is my problem:
In a process of instalation Windows 7 I made 3 primary partition. The first partition was the hidden
100MB Windows 7 recovery partition. The
second partition was Windows 7 standard
partition. The third partition was named
WinPE, and their's ID was 27. On that partition
I put WinPE 3.0 files. When the instalation
was to end, i entered in "audit mode" where i
did some changes and instaled EasyBCD 2.0
Beta. With EasyBCD i made a boot menu,
and everything was fine. I tested the dual-boot,
i restarted the PC and entered in WinPE, as
well as Windows 7.
I started again Windows 7, and syspreped the PC. Then the PC shuts down. I powered
the PC, captured three images with imagex ( the
command for the firs partition was imagex
/capture /boot /compress fast C:\
m:\system.wim "system", where m:\ is a
network mapped drive made with net use
command). I use the same command for the
second end third partition, without /boot
switch.
On another computer with the same hardwer i
booted WinPE from USB stick, made three primary
partitions with diskaprt, and set the 100MB
partition as active. Then, i restored one image
per one.
After restar, a boot menu appear, end I can
boot into Windows7. The problem is I can't
boot in WinPE. When I select WinPE appears the error 0xc000000e. I tried to repair BCD in EasyBCD, but it does not help.
What am I doing wrong?
Any help?

I almost get the idea you are trying to bypass some legal issue here.

Anyway make the usb like MS pages show how to and try again. Use the wim from the Windows 7 dvd.

I support the 'Everybody Draw Mohammed Day'. A religion doesn't deny my freedom.

Hello jefro.
Thanks for your reply!
I don't trying to bypass any legal issue.
I have 50 PC with same hardwer on a different locations, and I
want to capture a wim file of Syspteped Windows7 & WinPE
dual boot system. I want to apply those image with imagex on
all those PCs. The WinPE will be used for recoverying
Windows 7 (for capturing wim image of Windows7 partition,
and for applying this image in case of problems with
Windows7).
I made a WinPE USB stic following the Microsoft
instructions, and using WIndows7 wim.
