Windows starting problem

January 30, 2011 at 09:31:42
Specs: Windows 7, DDR3
After re-install my operating system, windows is not working properly. When I start my PC, it needs a long time to get started.Sometime, my internet connection doesn't get connected. Then I restart PC and it connects. Often, after starting, a message appears which states that Windows wasn't shut down properly. And some options appears on the screen says "Start windows normally" and few other options. Then I press 'Enter' and it starts.
Why all these occurring? Can anyone specify the exact problem with my OS or PC? Thanks in advance.

N.B. I use Windows-7 as Operating System, Mozilla Firefox as browser and Panda Cloud Antivirus as antivirus.

run a disk check.
did you have this issue after installing win 7, or after installing other programs ontop of win7?
delete panda, see if it makes a difference.
type SFC /scannow in the run box.
check in windows update for any failed updates.

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....

No, deleting Panda didn't make any differences rather it's serving me greatly. These problems occurring after some days of re-installing W-7.

If you reinstalled Windows 7 you need to reinstall your drivers unless you reinstalled from recovery partition or manufacturer's recovery disk for your model (or recovery disk you make in windows on that machine).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
