windows saying enter currnent password

Specs: Windows 7
I forgot my password for win 7 home premium.
Everyone keeps telling me that i have to boot from a cd to access my compeuter. BUT my compeuter wont boot from cd, so i have to change the settings by pressing F2 (esc). But i cant change my settings becouse they are also asking me for password " enter CURRENT password"

what should i do?
Can anybody please help..

How do you forget a password that you use daily? It is unlikely that you will receive Password help on this forum due to the establishment of ownership issues.

Fastest way to do it is use boot from Hirens boot disk and change the password to log in.. You will need to download it though if you dont have it. Great tool to have. http://www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd

sounds like you have forgotten your bios password, which means you will have to call the manufacturer, have your original receipt and id available, because you will have to prove you are the owner, they will give you a code to access the bios and work from there....

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....
