OR 'last known good configuration'

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

I've tried safe mode. it gives me a list of loaded drivers example:
"Loaded\Windows\systems...", after that it freezes for awhile then black screen.
Also tried "last known config." and several other options on that page, still nothing.

Windows 7 64bit, Toshiba laptop.
Need Help!
Thanks

drop in the recovery cd and run a repair, you seem to have a bad driver, if that fails and you have a dvd for your windows you can run an install but hit the upgrade button this will reinstall your windows keeping all your files and programs, really would just act as a full repair.
alternatively boot into a linux boot cd save all your files and run a factory restore from the hidden partition.

download a linux boot cd and boot into that, save all your files via the linux, and then run a factory restore on your machine, that will delete your C; drive and restore your system to the day you bought it.

Test your memory with Memtest, your problem could be simply a bad memory stick.
