Windows live mail can't send e-mails

Specs: Windows 7
I cannot send messages. I get this message:
Your message was unable to be sent. Please check your network connectivity and try to send again. (Error: 5.2.0 dWwr1y00a2YlTz001WwrVF Message identified as SPAM - Please visit E5110 )

Do the messages you are sending include attachments and does it happen with messages to anyone?

If you have dynamic addressing it is possible that someone on the group is spamming and you have been blocked with the rest. Contact Charter and see what they say.

Vague possibility you have malware - we can check if necessary.

Isn't the problem identified in the error message - "Message identified as SPAM"? What exactly are you trying to send?
