Lets start here with this boot disk.

How to use a Lazesoft Windows Recovery CD or USB device to fix the boot problems if your Windows operating system does not start correctly.
"It is very common for PC users to be faced with a Windows crash. When this happens, the dreaded 'Blue Screen of Death' pops up, or your PC has a black screen and can not boot or start up"

If you have System Restore turned on (probably) then tap F8 at start up for the advance soot options and select Repair/Start Up Repair. This will repair the boot files. If this does not help them do a Repair/System Restore which will return the system files and registry to a prior date which you can select from a list (more restore points checked if needed).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
