windows explorer not responding

Microsoft Windows 7 home premium upgrade...

Specs: Windows 7
I uninstall windows explorer application . How do I reinstall it. I deleted iexploere.exe.

U can't un-install explorer or iexplorer(part of os). iexplorer is a web browser and explorer is everything u see on your screen(windows, icons etc.) if u end the process explorer.exe click file from the menu then new task(run) then type explorer, if u did mess with ie and now it won't open install it again.

you will need to run a system restore from the recovery cd, or by tapping f8 at boot,

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....
