Hi, I have an HP Pavilion Entertainment PC with Windows 7. It's fairly new, no problems before. However, just recently, whenever I start it up I get a Windows Error Recovery screen. It gives me two options. One is "Launch Startup Repair (Reccomended)", and the other is "Startup Windows Normally". They both don't work and bring me to a splash screen where I can control the mouse, but there is nothing else, leaving me no choice but to turn off the laptop. Even pressing F8, none of the options seem to work. Repeatedly pressing F8 brings me to this screen: http://www.vistax64.com/attachments... I'm so frustrated that at this point, I wouldn't mind deleting all my files so long as Windows boots up. I would appreciate it if anyone could help. Thank you!

HP supply a recovery partition which can be accessed by repeatedly pressing F10 at startup.this will delete all your files and install the system to the day you bought it.
