Solved Windows 7 will not bootup

Specs: Windows 7 , 2x250
after fitting a new motherboard I cannot boot up everything works on the PC, fans, hard drives.
light comes on the motherboard, but monitor says no input, have tried new power supply, tried disconnecting one hard drive at a time ,
without the monitor I cannot get to the bios.
have tried other cable, other monitor.
can anyone help .regards

thank you for the effort.
I eventually took it to a pc repair shop ,they said the motherboard was blown and my connections where correct .you have to be careful what you buy on the internet.

Post the brand and model of your computer. If you have an OEM computer that came with Windows pre-installed, you may not be able to get it running with the version of Windows that came pre-installed.

Before proceeding with more information please post the model and if you were still using the original version of Windows that came on the computer.

Is the new motherboard the same make and model number as the old one?
