DO NOT double post.

Is the cursor taking any actions or just moving about?

Do you have a wireless mouse?

while the mouse is on the move:
stop your internet connection does it still happen?
switch off your wifi/bluetooth does it still happen?
remove the mouse, does it still happen?
it maybe a another wifi/bluetooth mouse close by, illegal internet access to your machine, a overly sensitive mouse, what kind of mouse are you using?

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....

Where is this wireless mouse in use? Another wireless device may be interfering with yours. Is it possible you are in close proximity to another wireless device?

Is the mouse part of a wireless keyboard/mouse combination? If so, look on the bottom of the keyboard for an alternate frequency switch.
