Solved windows 7 user profiles

Specs: Windows 7 64, P4- 2.8 ghz 22 gb
I noticed something interesting on my computer today.

When I go into the User folder on the root of C:, I see a user folder in there of someone I no longer want on my computer.

When I go to User Accounts in the Control Panel and click on Manage User Accounts, the account does not show up.

When I right mouse click on Computer and click on Manage, then expand Local Users and Groups and click on Users, the profile of the user is not in there either.

Why would there be a folder of this particular user in the Users folder on the root of C, but not a profile under user accounts or local users and groups that I could delete??

When a user account is deleted via Control Panel > User Accounts, Windows then asks if you also want to delete the files associated with that account (ie that user's folder in C:\Users

If the person who deleted that user account answered "No" (do not delete that user's files) that user's folder and files will remain in C:\Users

You can manually delete that user's folder if it's redundant.
