windows 7 ultimate taskbar freezes

Specs: Windows 7
I have a toshiba satellite L300d 2GB ram i have just upgraded from windows 7 home premium and it started to freeze then did clean install of it and still happening i have tried updating the drivers which i have done and been reading other sites about problems with this even down to turning the bat power to performance but still happening can you please help i am not a whiz with computers but no the basics of how they work
i did the driver update with driver-robot and even from this sight tried a scan with malwarebytes and nothing found i am at a lost

In English it is a convention that sentences begin with a capital letter and end with a period. If you do not do this you will lose many potential answers.

you may need some mothrboard drivers, use the cd for the machine,
check in device manager to see what devices may be having issues.
if all else fails, do a factory reset to your original win7 home, then run the win7 upgrade advisor, that will tell you if you may have any unforseen issues.
