Specs: windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
I had purchased a new pc last month, it has windows 7 ultimate 64 bit but didn't get speakers now when i get them i tried and saw that voice was very unclear and slow, i tried using headphones and also tried another set of speakers and complete full volume but same problem, the same video file which works fine on my other pc(windows xp sp2 based) gives very slow and unclear voice on my new pc.but the strange thing is that when i play fifa 09 in that sound looks ok to me.
I have the intel DH55TC mother board and audio is on board only
Onboard audio - Channels 5.1 channels
Onboard audio - Codec chip Realtek ALC888
Onboard audio - Codec type HDA
and i have nvidia 9600 gt ddr3
ddr3 ram 4gb
core i5
i cant figure out if the problem is in the compatibility of windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and my mother board as earlier i have having lan related problem which was also on board as every time i switched on pc it showed red cross on connections and i had to restart pc then it worked correctly but then i installed some new drivers and i guess that problem is solved now but there is audio problem so i cant figure out there is a problem with my motherboard or a driver problem or simply a codec problem, i have also downloaded and installed this driver Audio: Realtek* ALC Audio Driver(*Audio: Realtek* ALC Audio Driver) from the intel site but it did not help.please help me figure this out.
