actually its not my personal laptop /notebook to do this .also i dont have windows disc with me right now

suddenly im facing this issue ,can any one suggest me on this its quite urgent .

please help me .

On another computer download and burn ISO image of a Live Linux to a DVDr. Use this to boot the computer (not install) and then you can save all of your important files to an external drive so you will not loose them. Then you can proceed with repairing the system.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
