I am on Windows7.
Windows has scheduled a scandisk at system boot, but something is canceling it automatically.
Every time I restart Windows, it tries to run a scandisk but never runs because it is being automatically cancelled.

chkdsk is on a timer to start. If you press or bump any key before it
starts Error Checking is canceled.

1. Error Checking- CD not needed
Start - my computer - right click local disk (C) - properties - Tools Tab -
Error checking section - Check now - check mark both boxes - Start -
This requires a restart to begin.

2. Start - Run - type - sfc /scannow - OK
Don't forget the space between c and /
