Run this & post what it finds.

Using ESET's Online Scanner
General clean up and Prep (Do prior to any AV scans)

How can I view the log file from ESET Online Scanner?
http://www.eset.eu/eset-online-scan...
The ESET Online Scanner saves a log file after running, which can be examined or sent in to ESET for further analysis. The path to the log file is "C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt". You can view this file by navigating to the directory and double-clicking on it in Windows Explorer, or by copying and pasting the path specification above (including the quotation marks) into the Start ? Run dialog box from the Start Menu on the desktop.

*** I refer the hands on process and personally do not trust online scanners:
Open Task Manager and shut down anything that is not needed.
Run msconfig, go to Start tab and uncheck everything except Microsoft and your antivirus program, Apply and restart the machine.
Download, install and run Malwarebytes, remove anything it finds.
Update and run your antivirus program and remove anything it finds.
Do a manual Disk Clean up (not related to high memory usage, but can effect system speed and good to occasionally run it).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
