Solved Windows 7 restarting again and again

Specs: windows 7
i recently just yesterday installed windows 7 in my PC and it is restarting again n again and blue screen i coming when automatic restart then i got this message from my PC

it is not the first time that i m getting this problem ...my windows XP works fine but whenever i install windows 7 ... a day later this error occurs...

Here is the 32bit W7 SP1, download it onto your desktop & then run it from there.

Why have you not installed SP1 for Win 7 yet ?

If you are doing a fresh install, I suggest you install SP1 immediately.

You can install service pack any time you want. There is no prerequisite for that.

Ok, as you are having trouble, do it the recommended way.

How to get SP1

The recommended (and easiest) way to get SP1 is to turn on automatic updating in Windows Update in Control Panel, and wait for Windows 7 to notify you that SP1 is ready to install. It takes about 30 minutes to install, and you'll need to restart your computer about halfway through the installation.
To learn if Windows 7 SP1 is already installed

Click the Start button Picture of the Start button, right-click Computer, and then click Properties.

If Service Pack 1 is listed under Windows edition, SP1 is already installed on your computer.

i have turned on automatic updates and it even shows the notification that service pack 1 is avialable but when i try to install it it fails..please give me the .exe link so that i can directly download and install it manually.
