Windows 7 Netbook boot error NTLDR is missing

August 31, 2010 at 07:52:12
Specs: Windows XP/ 7
I get a ntldr is missing error when I go to boot up. Windows will not load. I originally had a dual boot with windows xp and windows 7. The other day I formatted the partition that windows xp was on. I think that may be what is causing the problem. This is on my netbook so there is no CD/DVD drive. What should I do?

"I formatted the partition that windows xp was on" Therein lies your problem, you deleted the partition the boot manager was on.
You will need to use your W7 instalation onto a usb drive before you can repair the boot files.
