Windows 7 - MULTIPLE NETWORKS help please

December 30, 2010 at 09:34:47
Specs: Windows 7
For about 1 week I was connecting to my internet running through my home computer and I know you can setup a new network using a home computer with a Local Internet Connection(so i did that) now I connected 2 of my laptops to that home computer and IT WAS WORKING JUST FINE. Now I turned off my home computer and turned it back on and it won't give me internet connection for my laptops. My home computer does work for the local area connection but not the internet connection I set up. HOW DO I get my laptops to connect back to this internet connection!?!? Thank you,

EDIT: On my home computer I have 2 connections available (LAN , and the wireless one I set up using LAN) When I connect to the wireless one it says WAITING FOR USERS. I've tried everything connecting to the network at the same time using my laptops, (one is vista and the other is windows 7) The home computer is windows 7.

Windows 7 provides for either using a router or ICS (Internet Connection Sharing). Did you check the status of this service?
