Solved Windows 7 is not genuine error after removing antivirus

Specs: Windows 7, 3000 quad /8Gb
i just removed an anti virus from my Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit computer and now windows is saying that windows is not genuine but it is. How do i cure this without a complete new install thanks

I had this happen on a fresh reinstall of Windows XP a while back. When it happened, the message from the operating system advised me to contact microsoft and provided a phone number. I called it, 10 minutes later it was reactivated and working just fine.

You may need to contact Microsoft to reactivate your OS. Try the following link for contact information:

i have a similar problem i went as far as to restore to factory setting and i'm still getting the same error that window is not genuine
