From what OS did you upgrade to Win 7 ?

What type of network connection, wired or wireless ?

What network adapter is it that gives you the problem ?

Anyway, open Device Manager and open properties of your network adapter. Switch to Advanced Settings tab on network adapter properties window. There you will find many settings. You may have to compare your settings to a comparable system of another computer and make changes accordingly.

By the way, I could not find a refreshing option in my network adapter advanced settings.

You may try to find the W7 drivers for your network adapter and install them. The one that comes with W7 may not work for some adapters.

Thanks, i'll try out tomorrow.
Actually, i had re-install from Win XP SP3 to Win 7.
It's connected on a wired LAN, n/w adaptor - Intel 82579LM ( already updated the driver)
