Windows 7 import to registry error?

Microsoft Windows 7 ultimate 64-bit
July 24, 2010 at 20:52:10
Specs: Windows 7
Windows 7 error: the specified file is not a registry script. you can only import binary registry files from within the registry editor.
I get this error double clicking a text file worded as follows:
{-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices}
{HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices}
{HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control}
"SystemBootDevice"=""
{HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet001\Control}
"SystemBootDevice"=""
{HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet002\Control}
"SystemBootDevice"=""

Does anyone have any suggestions to solve this problem. I am trying to dismount all units in the registry.
Thanks.
