This could be a corrupted help file.
This could caused by some bluetooth software.
So if you have bluetooth in that computer, the following should work:
1. Click Start and type regedit in the search field, then press enter
2. if you're asked for user account control, click yes
3. at the left pane, navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Assistance\Client\1.0\Namespaces\OEM\en-US\Topics
4. at the right pane, delete "BCRM_Bluetooth_Help" string value (REG_SZ)
(if the string is not located in Topics, you may find it unter Titles.)

Close regedit and launch Help and Support.

The original poster should always write the last response !!!
Let us know, if the problem is solved !!!
