Specs: Windows 7, 2.2 GHz / 3835 MB
Okay,I am the admin of my computer(OS:Windows 7) and every time I try to sign in(at start up) it freezes on "Welcome" screen.Safe mode doesn't work,But I can still use standard accounts(Since I have siblings I have the admin control up high so they don't screw anything up)And I tried to run a system recovery but it asked for my password,So I enter it and it freezes like 4 seconds later..HELP!

P.S my computer came with windows 7..So I don't have the disk itself,Thanks!

It sounds like you have an infection. Try running Malwarebytes and see if that cleans it out. The update your antivirus and do the deepest or fullest scan option they offer.
If you have a Windows 7 Repair Disk (you should have made one when the machine was new) you can boot to that and from the repair options you can run the System Restore from there with all of your restore points. If you have an image of your drive, and a recent back up, you can use the Repair Disk to do a restore also, if it is bad enough. If you did not make the Repair Disk yet, make it from another Windows 7 machine as long as both are 32bit or 64bit and use that. If you did not make an image when all was running well and also have a recent back up, then that option will not help you. In that case if the scan and the system restore do not help, you will probably end up reloading Windows 7 and resetting all of your users, desktops, etc.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
