My Windows 7 Ultimate was running so smoothly till I connected a Portable Mp4 Player to my computer via usb to transfer some audio/video files to my PC!! Firstly when I connected MP4 Player, my anti virus immediately detected a few viruses in it and latter there were no media files inside media player so i decided to choose "Show Hidden Files" and tried to open a previously Hidden Folder and BANG my PC Got Stuck!! I had the problem of 100 % CPU usage by explorer.exe(windows) which i am facing time and again since that time!! My PC freezes till i restart it!! Please Help me out! Thanks (Correction:I have two 2.8 xeon processors and 2GB Ram)

Update your antivirus software and scan again.
Use system restore to revert back to the state of your computer before you ever connected the MP4 player to it.

Try to get in from safe mode & see if you can run System Restore, if you are able to do that, revert the machine to before the incident reported in your OP.
