windows 7 doesn't reboot-fkeys don't work

Specs: Windows 7, i forget- fast&alot i can e-mail spec when home
windows 7 doesn't reboot-fkeys don't work-restart & repair menu area don't work. the system doesn't recognize drivers. load drivers list are basically empty. the files are there, but empty. ? can't boot from disc drive withbackup disc or os disc. i'm totally f'd. i turned the pc on one day and it started up fine. auto update started with win. esst. live. while i was trying to install new game controllers. after the restart i got into safe mode,but couldn't do anything. i'm not versed in command prompt lingo. so i tried repair and recovery menu and can't get the thing to work.i don't think it's recongnizing the hard drives. PIA! amd 6core black 58? 3.0 everything. 2 hard drives. video cards etc. this is supposed to be an awsome pc. NOT YET .I'VE HAD IT 4 MTHS. MORE PROBLEMS THAN MY OLD VIAO. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP. First, do not include your email address in your post, unless you want to get slammed. ((use the edit feature to remove it)).
If your computer is only 4 months old, why mess with it yourself, you should be under warranty, bring it back to where you purchased it and let them fix it. While it could be the update, an infection, or other software issue, it could be a hardware issue also on a new rig. If it is much more than reloading windows, or replacing the RAM, insist on a new system, you will have less trouble in the long run.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
If all else fails, read instructions.

call the company and ask for a new one...you really don't want a lemon right from the start. If it is hardware related you will be plagued forever on a lemon.
