"where I could download it on my computer"

Err..do you mean download Williams Pinball Classic? If so, from Google there seem to be some hits. However, not all websites are trustworthy. You might be better off to ask the gaming forum about that.

Hit the Windows key + R. Type dxdiag in the Run box then hit Enter key.

When the Directx Diagnostics Tool has finished running, see if there are any errors showing.

I checked direct x diagnostics and it reported no errors.
The only thing is I don't have any sound speakers hooked up as I don't use sound anyway.
I even took it to a computer store and they couldn't fix it.
Is there anything I could buy extra for the Dell Vostro to make it work so I could play these old pinball games?

That is an olde game - remember it well... But no idea if it will run on latest OS (win-7 or 8.0/8.1).

Someone claimed they fixed the same error with a game, like this:

1.) Right click 'My Computer'
2.) Click Properties
3.) Click on the 'Advanced' tab
4.) Click Settings button in the 'Performance' group.
5.) Click the 'Advanced' tab
6.) Look to the 'Memory usage' group, and toggle it from System to Programs.

BUT - IMPORTANT:
1. The above was for XP so the settings locations might be different.
2. I can't vouch for this at all (copied off a website).

I tried but the settings locations are different & I might push something I know nothing about & really mess my computer up.
I just wonder if there is a website where I could download it on my computer!
