When I plugged in a flash driver, my computer even doesn't show that I plugged it in. How to solve this problem?

try all your ports, try to restart with the flash drive in place.

if it still doesnt show, try it in another machine, just to be sure it works,
check your usb ports with other devices that you know works

if it works in another machine, and the other device also dont work in your machine, you may issues with your usb port driver,go to your device manager and uninstall your usb device drivers and then reinstall them.
if that fails it maybe that you have hardware issues

but cant help myself....

I've tried everything. This special driver doesn't work with other machines also. Other flash drivers are working. I thought maybe this special driver -
Lexar JumpDrive® Secure II Plus USB Flash Drive - was closed or something.

It is not a driver. Plug the flash drive in again and go to Disk Management in Windows 7. If the device shows there you may need to partition and format it before it will show in Computer.

I told you it is not a driver. A driver is a software program.

If it doesn't show in Disk management then either the USB port is not working, or the drive is defective.

from reading your post i think its very obvious that the usb stick is not working, take it back to the store..i would not advise that you use a usb with its own encryption software, too often you lose the key or the software fails and then you sre stuck with lost files and a useless drive.

Unfortunately, I already put many documents and programs in this stick. Thanks!
