Specs: Windows 7
(NOTE: my laptop is a toshiba satellite L450-13z. however the ''product bar'' on this website wouldnt recognize it.)

Ive only had my laptop a week and it is brand new.
Recently i have began getting the BSOD (kernel data inpage error 0x7a).
Ive done some research myself and it seems people are more likely to get this error if they have downloaded something new, or inserted and new disk. The only thing i have done since getting my computer is install ''Norton 360''.
Is there any one who could give me advice to resolve this? It's becoming quite annoying and stopping me from working.
:(

Open a Command Prompt with Admin Privileges and type in ( without quotes ) " CHKDSK /F /R " and restart your notebook.

If you cannot run your notebook at all to give the command, then boot to Safe Mode command prompt and do the same.

If this does not resolve the issue, then please prepare a boot CD with memtest86+ on it and boot to it and do a memory scan. Two passes may be enough.

Hope the above helps.
