To repair Win 7 MBR:...

-Boot from the Win 7 DVD (in your case USB)
-When you get to the second screen (after you choose your language) go to "Repair your computer."
-Go to Command prompt and type this in without the quotes (") :
"bootrec /fixmbr"
-Press enter.

Clean Windows Registry

i would highly oppose it.if you are an expert, its OK but if not then stay away from registry cleaners.. I have seen them causing system unbotable and unstable .
