If you want help, you will have to elaborate.
Some system details. What are you running? What were you doing when you got this error? Is the computer new? Did your computer come with Windows 7 or is it an upgrade? And from what? And how long ago? Did you recently add, remove, update, or change any software or hardware recently? Did this happen when running? Or was this a cold start? Etc......

yes this one is the new laptop,i worked on system management especially on hard disk partition.

That may be the trouble,but it works fine after my work & i shut it down properly, after 5 hrs i try to start it but it shows the Bootmgr error.

This computer came with windows 7.

It sounds like you might have somehow damaged your boot manager. You probably need to do ao windows repair from your disk or recovery partition, BUT since this is a fairly new computer, I would recommend getting Dell's recommendation on this first.
