I would run a complete scan with Tweaking.com - Windows Repair
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/...
http://www.softpedia.com/progScreen...
http://www.tweaking.com/

Copy and paste the contents of the following log in your reply:

Start with your component list and anything unusual since your new build. You need to check hardware compatibility, then test memory and hard drive for errors to begin to narrow things down. Make a bootable CD of each Memtest86 and your hard drive mfg's test utility (or Seatools from Seagate) and boot to each of them (test memory first since a memory error can give you a false hard drive error) and run the tests. Let Memtest run through all tests and run the longest hard drive test. Post back details and results.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
